What is it?

PeopleAssessments delivers an e-learning Behavioral Interview Training. Talking avatars simulate interviews, prompt with key points, and quiz trainees on the techniques. The simulator delivers simple feedback to trainees letting them know they are Good to Go, Needs Coaching, or Needs Training. Trainees that need coaching take virtual coaching sessions. Trainees that need the full training go through video clips, exercises, and quizzes that guide a skills-discovery experience, accompanied by virtual (or instructor led) skills practice and feedback.

What is better about our solution?

While behavioral interviewing is now the received wisdom in business schools, it is not always taught well and it is almost always taught inefficiently. It makes no financial sense to train everyone, when some hiring managers may have previously attended courses or learned from colleagues.
