Behavioral Interview Training

What is it?

PeopleAssessments delivers an e-learning Behavioral Interview Training. Talking avatars simulate interviews, prompt with key points, and quiz trainees on the techniques. The simulator delivers simple feedback to trainees letting them know they are Good to Go, Needs Coaching, or Needs Training. Trainees that need coaching take virtual coaching sessions. Trainees that need the full training go through video clips, exercises, and quizzes that guide a skills-discovery experience, accompanied by virtual (or instructor led) skills practice and feedback.

This training was designed by the author who wrote the book on behavioral interviewing, Dr. Tom Janz.
